Находящиеся в собственности компаний (обычно – крупных корпораций) внеоборотные активы, не участвующие в основных (производство и сбыт продукции) и сопутствующих (ремонтных, системных, учетных) видах деятельности, объекты незавершенного строительства, а также принадлежащие компании акции, эмиссионные ценные бумаги, конвертируемые в акции, паи, доли в уставных капиталах организаций, не занимающихся производством или сопутствующими видами деятельности.
